Shipping policy

The Guides Atelier sells digital products only. There is no physical shipping.

Upon completing your purchase, you will receive an email with a download link for your guide(s). Downloads are available immediately after payment is confirmed.

If you do not receive your download link within 15 minutes, please check your spam or junk folder. If the issue persists, contact us at hello@theguidesatelier.com with your order details and we will resend it promptly.

We do not ship physical goods and do not collect shipping addresses.
