Refund policy

Because our products are digital downloads delivered instantly, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a guide has been accessed or downloaded.

Exception: If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from downloading or opening your purchase, contact us at help@theguidesatelier.com within 7 days and we will resolve it promptly — including a replacement file or a full refund if we cannot resolve the issue.

Duplicate purchases made in error may be refunded within 48 hours of purchase, provided the file has not been downloaded. Please email hello@theguidesatelier.com with your order number.
